About Zima Dental:

Launched in 2020, Zima is a global market-leading Health Tech scale-up and one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK. We are aggressively disrupting a stagnant multibillion pound global industry by merging cutting edge product innovation with world class performance marketing. Our hero product, the Dental Pod, has fundamentally redefined oral appliance care for over a million customers across 40+ countries.

We foster a dynamic, ambitious culture, and we're looking for a passionate individual ready to fast track their career as a B2B Sales Executive.

Overview of role:

Own the day-to-day execution of our inbound direct-to-dentist channel: getting new practices from enquiry to first paid order, and keeping the long tail of smaller but growing accounts reordering. This is a phone-first sales role with enough project exposure to build into channel ownership down the road.

What you'll do

New business

  • Work inbound leads: qualify, call, book demos, convert to first paid order
  • Chase the biggest leak in our funnel - practices approved on the wholesale portal that never place an order
  • Onboard new wholesale accounts: verification, portal walkthrough, first-order support
  • Keep the leads register clean and current - every lead has a next action and an owner

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Existing base

  • Work with the high-volume/low-value end of the customer tail: reorder prompts, lapsed-account reactivation, small-account queries
  • Spot growing accounts or multi-site potential

Projects

  • Support additional Business Development channel initiatives - seeding campaigns, distributor research, event follow-up, CE/course outreach - where an extra pair of hands creates leverage

What success looks like (first 6 months)

  • Improved approved-account → first-order conversion rate
  • Faster time from enquiry to first paid order
  • CRM dialed in
  • Reorder rate held or improved across the long tail

You'll be a fit if you

  • Are comfortable picking up the phone to a dental practice (cold leads too), and can hold a credible clinical-adjacent conversation with a dental professional or practice manager
  • Have 1–3 years in sales, ideally B2B, healthcare, dental or medical devices - but energy/attitude is prioritised over experience
  • Are organised enough to run a pipeline in a CRM without being chased
  • Are commercially curious and want to learn the channel, not just work the list
  • Are humble and hungry - happy doing the unglamorous volume work in a team of experienced winners
