THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing UK & EMEA sales team.

You'll be working with event agencies, organisers, venues, global brands and corporate clients to understand what they're trying to deliver and help build the technology solution behind it.

One day you could be supporting a large international conference in London, the next discussing event technology for an festival in Germany or helping a client plan the technology behind a global event programme.

You'll manage your own client relationships, develop new business, respond to inbound opportunities and work alongside our operational teams to turn ideas into successful live events.

It's a fast-moving, target-driven role, but one where you'll get to see the projects you sell come to life.

ABOUT ONE WORLD RENTAL

One World Rental powers events around the world.

From international conferences and exhibitions to major sporting events, brand activations and live experiences, we provide the technology and people that help make events happen.

Operating across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, our teams support thousands of events every year with everything from event registration and connectivity to laptops, tablets, printing, AV technology and on-site technical teams. Our clients include some of the world's most recognised brands and organisations, including Apple, the United Nations, Formula 1 and Disney.

If you love the pace, energy and variety of the events industry – and want a commercial role where no two projects are quite the same, this could be the opportunity for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
