Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are working with a Leeds-based client who are looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join their sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales, with a strong commission structure and excellent earning potential.
You don't necessarily need previous sales experience for this role. We’re looking for someone with the right personality, drive and ambition who enjoys speaking to people and wants to progress within a sales environment.
You’ll be working with warm leads, following up customer sample orders and responding to incoming telesales and email enquiries, alongside a range of other customer-focused and administrative responsibilities.
The Role
- Calling warm leads and following up customer sample orders to understand customer requirements
- Handling incoming telesales and email enquiries
- Preparing and sending quotations and following these up
- Assisting customers with product enquiries, including pricing, stock availability and product information
- Responding to customer queries via website live chat, ensuring a quick and professional response
- Managing your own workload and keeping on top of multiple enquiries and tasks
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to maximise sales

About You
- Confident, enthusiastic and driven personality
- Ambitious and keen to develop a career in sales
- Money-motivated and motivated by achieving targets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to manage your own workload and juggle multiple tasks
- Competitive, proactive and keen to succeed
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential – personality and attitude are key

- £26,000 basic salary + commission
- Average OTE of £50,000+ per annum
