We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team within the aerospace Used Serviceable Materials (USM) market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to build a long-term career in sales and develop their knowledge of the aviation and aerospace industry.
You don’t need to come from an aviation background. We are open to candidates from other B2B sales environments who have a strong commercial mindset, enjoy building relationships and are keen to learn a specialist industry.
You’ll receive the training and support needed to develop your aviation knowledge while gaining hands-on experience across sales, account management and the aerospace aftermarket.
About The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, identify opportunities and provide commercially competitive solutions.
- Manage day-to-day customer enquiries and RFQs, prepare quotations, follow opportunities through the sales process and work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered successfully.
- Build relationships with customers over time, develop your understanding of their requirements and gradually take greater ownership of your own portfolio of accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
