Sales Executive: Leisure and Events

Salary: A GBP 35,000 - A GBP 40,000 + OTE

Location: London

Are you ready to sell unforgettable experiences and work with high-profile clients? We're looking for a driven, commercially sharp sales professional to join a fast-paced, premium events environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving seasonal membership sales and ensuring full sell-out across all tiers
  • Identifying and converting upsell opportunities within premium offerings
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of B2B prospects across SMEs and large organisations
  • Engaging C-suite decision-makers through proactive outreach, networking, and client meetings
  • Delivering against matchday and non-event sales targets
  • Leading targeted sales initiatives to grow audiences and maximise revenue
  • Representing the brand at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation and handover
  • Tracking performance, reporting on results, and optimising conversion rates

  • Highly skilled in consultative and persuasive selling techniques
  • Confident communicator with strong networking and relationship-building ability
  • Proven ability to self-generate B2B opportunities and close deals
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Target-driven, resilient, and thrives in a high-pressure environment
  • Creative thinker who generates ideas and spots opportunities
  • Professional, proactive, and accountable for personal performance
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
