The Role
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day sales function, build lasting customer relationships, and help drive the next stage of our expansion.
You'll be responsible for managing the complete customer journey, from the initial enquiry through to handover, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. This is a varied role where you'll also play an important part in ensuring our stock is professionally advertised and presented online to maximise enquiries and sales opportunities.

- Identify opportunities to upsell accessories and additional products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey.
- Work closely with the management team to support the continued growth of the business.
- Assist with answering telephone enquiries during busy periods.
- Represent the business professionally at shows, demonstrations, and customer visits when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
