We build websites, AI automation and AI voice agents for local businesses. You prospect and close. You are not thrown at a list and left alone: you get weekly team coaching from our Sales Manager, who sits in live on your first deals and on your bigger negotiations after that.
THE ROLE
We hand you a sheet of leads: local businesses with no website, or with one that isn't bringing them enquiries. You contact the owner, offer a FREE demo, and our team builds it. Websites are delivered inside 24 hours. AI voice agents and automation builds take five days, never less, so set that expectation from the first conversation.
You never build anything technical. You prospect, you talk, you close.
MARKETS
Global. US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Switzerland, EU, UAE and beyond. Remote, work your own hours, from anywhere.
WHAT YOU EARN
Commission-only, uncapped, paid within five business days of the client's payment clearing.
How it works, in plain numbers: 15% of the deal covers our build and delivery costs. Your commission is paid on what is left, tiered by deal size, from 15% up to 40%, with deals above $5,000 paying the top rate.

On top of the setup fee, every client pays a monthly retainer, and you earn 20% of it for as long as they stay with us and you manage the account. That part compounds: clients you closed months ago keep paying you whether or not you close anything new this week.
Top closer of the month earns 50% on their next deal.
What you actually earn depends entirely on how many you close. Nobody caps it.
WHAT IT TAKES
Commission-only. No base, no benefits. You are an independent partner, responsible for your own taxes and your own equipment. That is the trade: nobody caps what you earn, and nobody carries you either.
How fast you close is up to you. A demo can be in the owner's hands within 24 hours, and a deal can close the same day. The people who do well here treat this like a business they own, not a job they are trying out.
