Minotti London Sales Executive Opportunity
Minotti London is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join its showroom team, focused on residential and hospitality interiors. You will build and manage relationships with private clients, interior designers and architects, and hospitality developers, guiding them through the full sales journey from initial consultation to delivery. This is a client-facing, target-driven role suited to someone with a genuine passion for design and luxury who is organised, self-motivated and eager to build a lasting client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of residential and hospitality clients, from private individuals to design practices and hospitality operators.
- Drive new business proactively while nurturing existing relationships to maximise repeat and referral sales.
- Guide clients through the full sales journey — consultation, product selection, specification, ordering and after-sales follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with the architect and interior design community as an ongoing source of prescription business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the showroom's overall commercial performance.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections, materials and bespoke capabilities to advise clients with authority.
- Work as part of the showroom team, coordinating closely with colleagues in operations and management to ensure orders run smoothly end-to-end.
- Represent the brand at showroom events, trade fairs and industry functions as required.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and pipeline records on the company CRM.
- Identify and suggest improvements to sales processes within the showroom.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
