About the Role

An established and growing business are looking to appoint a Sales Executive to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Building and developing customer relationships across the UK and international markets
  • Managing existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Responding to inbound enquiries and converting them into long-term business
  • Proactively contacting prospective customers to generate new sales
  • Providing technical guidance and sourcing the right parts and solutions for customer requirements
  • Working closely with colleagues in a supportive and collaborative sales environment

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, ambitious and self-motivated approach
  • Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and via email
  • A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to identify opportunities and convert enquiries into repeat business
  • A mechanical or technical understanding (highly desirable)
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial
