Sales Executive – Entry Level

About Relay Direct
Relay Direct is one of the UK’s fast-growing face-to-face sales and marketing companies, proudly working with some of the biggest and most recognised brands in the country. We are looking for an Entry-Level Sales Executive who wants practical experience, professional coaching and the opportunity to build a serious commercial career from the ground up.
This is an active, people-facing position rather than a desk-based or telesales role. Based from our Watford office, you will take part in live B2B, B2C and event campaigns, speaking directly with customers and learning how effective communication can turn interest into measurable results.
What you’ll be doing
- Represent recognised brands through face-to-face conversations
- Introduce products and services clearly and professionally
- Generate customer interest, qualify opportunities and support sales conversions
- Track individual activity and work towards agreed campaign goals
- Take part in daily coaching, product training and performance reviews

What we’re looking for
- Confident speaking with new people
- Motivated by goals, feedback and measurable progress
- Reliable, professional and comfortable working as part of a team
- No previous sales experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
Training and development
- A structured introduction to products, campaign standards and customer conversations
- Practical coaching in rapport-building, presentations, lead generation and closing
- Daily support from experienced team members and regular one-to-one feedback
- Opportunities to develop coaching and leadership skills after consistently meeting role standards

What Relay Direct offers

Role details
- Location: Milton Keynes, UK — on-site
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Start date: Immediate availability preferred
- Eligibility: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
