Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at our Runcorn Ford Pro dealership. The Sales Executive is responsible for:

The position involves:

  • Following up leads
  • Maintaining regular contact with prospective and existing customers
  • Working closely with the wider dealership team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Supporting the delivery and handover process to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every customer

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills within automotive retail or a similar customer-focused industry.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Comfort with presenting finance options and explaining products clearly, including attention to detail in documentation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confident face-to-face and telephone engagement.
  • Ability to work to targets, manage time efficiently, and stay organized in a busy dealership environment.
  • Basic IT proficiency, including use of CRM systems, email, and dealership management software.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is highly beneficial; experience in retail or B2C sales is also valued.
  • Valid driver’s license suitable for test drives and customer vehicle movements.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak dealership hours as required.
