We’re a fast-growing offline marketing and customer acquisition agency based in Birmingham, looking for ambitious Sales Executives to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a target-driven environment, and want to develop valuable sales and leadership skills while benefiting from uncapped commission and genuine career progression.
No previous sales experience is required – we provide full training and ongoing mentorship.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing well-known clients through face-to-face customer engagement
- Building rapport and identifying customer needs
- Presenting products and services with confidence and professionalism
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Developing communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Working alongside experienced sales professionals and mentors
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment
