Sales Executive – SaaS ERP

Location: Tankersley 3 days a week

Salary: Competitive base + £5,700 car allowance + commission

The Opportunity

We’re working with an established and growing business software provider that helps SMEs streamline their operations through innovative ERP and business management solutions.

They’re looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing sales team and take ownership of winning new customers across the SME market.

What matters most is your ability to build relationships, have commercially valuable conversations and uncover what a business actually needs.

If you’re naturally curious, confident speaking to people and enjoy understanding how businesses operate before positioning a solution, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales process from initial conversation through to close
  • Build relationships with prospective SME customers
  • Have consultative conversations to understand their pain points, needs, objectives and workflows
  • Ask the right questions to uncover how a business currently operates
  • Identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, productivity and ROI
  • Develop compelling commercial cases for change
  • Manage inbound leads generated through marketing while proactively building your own pipeline
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations and demonstrations
  • Consistently work towards new business targets and activity KPIs
  • Build long-term relationships from the very first conversation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
