Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented sales executive to join our team. As a sales executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and present suitable products/services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors and trends.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
