Sales Executive | Buy-side (EMEA)

Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Salary: £125,000 x 2 OTE

About: Our client is a leading OEMS, algorithmic trading, market data and risk provider. They’re looking for an experienced and driven sales professional to join their EMEA sales team in London, selling OEMS and related solutions into buy-side clients, owning the full sales-cycle and winning new business across the region.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through forecasting, GTM planning and close.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, keeping every opportunity moving forward.
  • Present tailored solutions to C-suite audiences and handle high-stakes conversations with confidence.
  • Build proposals that fit client needs, budgets and competitor pricing.
  • Negotiate high value, multi-year deals and displace incumbent systems using value-based selling.
  • Work with product specialists to match our solutions to each prospect's requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams on global opportunities and GTM plans for top-tier prospects.
  • Maintain excellent data hygiene.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Travel 25-40%, depending on the time of year.

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including substantial new business sales.
  • A proven record of closing enterprise, multi-year deals.
  • Experience selling OEMS.
  • Exposure to futures, fixed income, FX and equities markets.
  • Good understanding of the trading ecosystem (TCA, compliance, post trade) and the value of execution algos.
  • Strong skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Slack.
  • A methodical approach to managing multiple complex deals at once.
