This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships, delivering engaging presentations, and making a genuine difference. You'll be introducing schools to a market-leading educational solution designed to improve literacy outcomes and support students across the UK.

Offering a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, and realistic earnings of up to £70,000, this role is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their sales career while working for a business with a meaningful purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
  • Proactively engage prospective customers and secure appointments within your territory
  • Qualify inbound enquiries and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively to maximise performance
  • Build a strong professional presence across social media platforms
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations both virtually and in person
  • Facilitate customer trials and showcase the benefits of the solution
  • Communicate the product value proposition confidently and professionally
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the sale
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM systems
  • Build long-term relationships with schools and education professionals

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, telesales or account management role
  • A proven track record of achieving targets within a competitive sales environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and results-driven
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills
  • Confident delivering presentations, demonstrations and sales meetings
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • A genuine interest in education and helping customers achieve positive outcomes
  • Proactive, resilient and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
