Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Location: Northumberland
TEXO Recruitment is recruiting for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our client, a leading provider of print, POS and logistics solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract completion.
Whether you're an experienced Sales Executive looking to take the next step or an established Sales Manager seeking a fresh challenge, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within the retail sector and other target markets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, prospecting and business development activities.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and contract completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement commercial growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a business development, Sales Executive or Sales Manager role.
- Strong track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Experience selling into the retail sector is highly desirable.
- Previous experience within print, POS, packaging or logistics would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven approach.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
