About the Role
Graham Heath Construction is a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of high-quality agricultural, industrial, and equestrian buildings.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, confident, and commercially driven individual who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and working in a fast-paced sales environment.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, following up quotations and tenders, developing your own pipeline, and helping to drive sales from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up existing quotations and tenders to generate additional business.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms.
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations, pricing, and product information to customers and potential customers.
- Manage your own customer accounts, sales pipeline, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activity.
- Work towards agreed sales targets, KPIs, and deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to generate new business and maximise sales.
- Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to support business development.
- Attend regular sales and marketing meetings.
- Attend occasional customer meetings and site visits when required.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Previous sales experience is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
- Experience within the construction, steelwork, or agricultural industry would be highly advantageous.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
- Confident speaking with customers both over the phone and face-to-face.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and confident with a good telephone manner.
- Organised, commercially aware, and able to manage your own workload.
- Comfortable working to targets, KPIs, and tight deadlines.
- Able to remain calm and focused in a busy, fast-paced sales environment.
- Flexible and willing to attend occasional site visits and customer meetings.
