Sales Executive - Heating and Renewable Energy

Job Summary
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team at BOXT. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on hitting targets, building relationships and turning opportunities into sales.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for engaging with new and existing customers, identifying their needs and confidently recommending the right BOXT products and services. You’ll play a key role in generating new business, converting leads and contributing to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls, confidently understanding customer needs and converting opportunities into sales
- Proactively make outbound calls to prospects to generate new business and maximise sales opportunities
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and other sources, ensuring no opportunity is missed
- Engage with customers through live chat, providing an excellent experience while identifying opportunities to sell
- Build strong relationships with customers and confidently communicate the value of our products and services
- Work across multiple products, adapting your approach to meet different customer needs
- Consistently work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline, following up with prospects and progressing opportunities through to conversion
- Contribute to a high-energy, target-driven team environment

Who you are
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally within a target-driven environment
- Motivated by hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Confident and persuasive communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
- Commercially minded with a natural ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, confident and enthusiastic personality
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft and Google software and able to learn new systems quickly
