About us
x+why launched in 2019 with a simple belief: business should be a force for good. We’re proud to be a Certified B Corp, creating hospitality-led spaces that put people and planet alongside profit.
Today we operate 17 coworking, event and members’ club spaces across London, Birmingham, Manchester and Milton Keynes, supporting a vibrant community of 5,000+ members – with more launches on the horizon!
About the role
We are looking for a bright, curious and ambitious Workspace Sales Executive to join us at one of London’s most iconic buildings.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to learn. We’re much more interested in your potential, attitude and appetite to absorb everything around you than a long list of previous sales experience.
You’ll be part of the team launching a very exciting new x+why location, offering a collection of beautifully designed meeting rooms and dedicated desks.
From the first enquiry and tour through to negotiation and signing on the dotted line, you’ll take full ownership of the sales journey. You’ll learn how to build a pipeline, understand what prospective members want and need, foster trusted relationships and turn those conversations into contracts.
You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. We’ll provide comprehensive training, dedicated mentoring and plenty of practical, hands-on experience. Reporting to our ambitious and supportive Sales Director, you’ll learn the skills and behaviours needed to build a successful, high-performing sales career.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
About you
You’re outgoing, personable and bring a positive, solutions-based approach to pretty much any situation.
You might have some sales experience under your belt, or this could be your first official step into the world of sales. Either way, you absorb information quickly, ask intuitive questions and have the drive and discipline to hit your targets.
You’re a natural people person who builds connections with confidence and ease. You’re happy to pick up the phone and enjoy having actual conversations – because sometimes an email just won’t cut it!
If you can bring energy, resilience and a bit of commercial instinct, we can teach you the day-to-day mechanics.

In return, you'll join a business that's ambitious, entrepreneurial and genuinely collaborative. You’ll be surrounded by an experienced sales team who really know their stuff, are generous with what they know and genuinely want to see you succeed.
There’ll be plenty of support and training, along with lots of opportunities to stretch yourself. And if you’re hungry to progress, there’s a clear path from Sales Executive to Sales Manager – and beyond!
