About The Role
As a Sales Executive, Enterprise Learning Services, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of Cognizant’s Enterprise Learning Services business. You will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target accounts and industries while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Learning Services leadership team, working closely with client partners, industry leaders, solution teams, and delivery organizations to drive revenue growth and expand Cognizant’s position as a strategic learning and workforce transformation partner.
In This Role, You Will
- Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Enterprise Learning Services offerings, building a strong and diversified sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans that leverage Cognizant’s broader portfolio to create learning transformation opportunities.
- Engage senior client stakeholders, including CHROs, Chief Learning Officers, Chief People Officers, HR leaders, and business executives, to identify workforce capability and talent transformation needs.
- Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting and solution development through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate across Cognizant’s industry, technology, consulting, and delivery teams to develop differentiated, client-centric learning solutions.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Significant experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management within the learning, talent, HR, consulting, or technology services industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue, bookings, and pipeline growth targets.
- Experience selling complex, consultative solutions to senior business and HR stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Strong expertise in solution selling, value-based selling, and consultative sales methodologies.
- Experience developing new business opportunities and building pipelines from the ground up within large enterprise accounts.
- Ability to develop compelling business cases and articulate measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- Experience leading commercial negotiations and navigating procurement, finance, and legal stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
These will help you stand out
- Experience within Enterprise Learning Services, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Workforce Transformation, or Human Capital Consulting.
- Knowledge of emerging learning trends including AI-powered learning, skills-based workforce strategies, digital upskilling, and talent transformation.
- Experience selling managed services, consulting services, digital learning solutions, or learning technology platforms.
- Established relationships with HR, Learning, Talent, and Workforce Transformation decision-makers.
- Experience working within a global technology services, consulting, or business transformation organization.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and shape go-to-market strategies in a highly matrixed environment.

What Success Looks Like
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:
- Deliver sustained growth in annual contract value (ACV), total contract value (TCV), and revenue.
- Expand Cognizant’s Enterprise Learning Services footprint through new logo acquisition and strategic account growth.
- Build long-term executive relationships that result in recurring engagements and client retention.
- Drive cross-sell and integrated solution opportunities across Cognizant’s broader portfolio.
- Contribute market insights that influence service offerings, solution innovation, and go-to-market strategy.
