We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-run business in the AM Top 50 and represent a manufacturer partner.

About You
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can:
- Listen to customers’ needs and tailor their approach accordingly
- Be confident in working to targets and deadlines
- Maximise opportunities by converting enquiries into sales
Primary Responsibilities
- Generating customer appointments and prospecting
- Driving car sales in a target-driven environment

Full Training Available
For new trainees, we provide:

What We Offer
Compensation
- Senior Starter Rates: £23,000 – £27,000 (depending on performance)
- Realistic OtE (on target earnings): Up to £60,000
- Basic Salary Review: Quarterly increases

- Uncapped commission (with enhanced bands for stellar performance)
- Company vehicle provided upon joining
- 30 days’ annual leave, including 8 bank holidays, with average commission paid during leave

Working Conditions
- Requirements: Valid UK driving license
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Weekly Average: 41.5 hours across four weeks
- Flexibility: Work a Saturday = 1 weekday off
Days Off & Policy
- Closed on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day
