Role Purpose

We’re currently recruiting a Sales Executive within our Premium Sales Team to help us take things to the next level.

The Sales Executive role is responsible for securing maximum sales revenue across the Stadium Events calendar which includes NFL, Boxing, Rugby, and concerts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Once sales training is complete, be well versed in all persuasive selling competencies.
  • Meet and exceed individual targets to drive high volumes of Stadium Events inventory through consultative questioning and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Champion and take ownership of a specific task or event, while remaining flexible and willing to support other events and business priorities as required.
  • Take accountability of personal development, regularly reviewing and implementing sales training to improve conversion rate.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within our current events and venue.
  • With a venue cross-selling mentality, assess the scope of an inbound opportunity through effective pre-call preparation and consultative questioning.
  • Effective use of good consultative sales techniques to identify the scope of an opportunity.
  • Proactive in building relationships, instigate, and conduct client meetings/interactions via research and telesales.
  • Deliver on sales targets for Stadium Events.
  • Secure and manage delivery of targeted sales initiatives to grow audience and maximise sales for all Stadium events.
  • Represent the Club positively at events, networking events, exhibitions, and conferences with a view to maximising sales.
  • Identify, proactively instigate, and conduct client meetings/interactions via research and telesales.
  • Deliver timely sales reports to line manager.
  • Track weekly performance against agreed targets and manage sales pipeline.

Person Specification

Qualifications / Training

  • Evidence of ability to self-generate a pipeline of new B2B opportunities – not essential.
  • Efficient on XR and Salesforce preferable

Skills & Experience

  • Efficient on XR and Salesforce preferable.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • Confident candidate with strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation and sales proposal writing skills.
