Role Purpose

Carvers Interiors is looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to help grow the UK wholesale distribution of Steel Cucine and Lofra premium appliances. The role is focused on creating new retail partnerships, securing showroom displays, and building long-term dealer relationships with independent kitchen retailers, appliance specialists, and premium showroom operators. This is a hands-on business development role for someone who is confident opening doors, managing their own diary, and representing premium brands in a professional, credible way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach independent kitchen retailers, appliance specialists, premium showrooms, and relevant trade partners.
  • Build a structured prospect pipeline from first contact through to meeting, trial, display commitment, first order, and repeat order.
  • Secure in-store display space for Steel Cucine and Lofra Cookers products and support retailers in presenting the brands correctly.
  • Develop strong working relationships with store owners, showroom managers, designers, and sales teams.
  • Deliver product training so retail teams can confidently explain product features, positioning, and key selling points.
  • Support dealers with pricing, quotations, product selection, availability queries, and general sales support.
  • Work with internal teams on marketing activity, dealer communication, product launches, and sales campaigns.
  • Track visits, opportunities, display wins, account progress, and sales performance through clear reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
