Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £34,000 - £70,000 OTE
Location: Hathersage (Manchester, Sheffield area too)

The Opportunity
Mindflick is hiring a Sales Executive to join our growth team at a pivotal stage of our scaling journey.
This is a full-cycle, early-career sales role where you will develop into a high-performing commercial professional. You will work across inbound and outbound, run discovery conversations, deliver product demonstrations, and build the capability to close deals independently.

You will be supported closely by an experienced, hands-on Head of Growth and a team that takes development seriously. You won’t be thrown into complex enterprise deals alone from day one, but you will be given the exposure, coaching, and responsibility to grow into that space quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new opportunities through targeted outbound activity
- Qualifying and responding to inbound enquiries from high-quality prospects
- Running discovery calls to understand business challenges, team dynamics, and commercial drivers
- Delivering compelling, confident product demonstrations
- Building and managing pipeline using HubSpot
- Progressing deals with discipline, structure, and urgency
- Supporting and closing commercial deals, with senior input where needed
- Collaborating on larger, more strategic opportunities as you develop
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year in a B2B commercial role (sales, recruitment, partnerships, events, SaaS, or similar)
- Comfortable speaking with clients and asking thoughtful, structured questions
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Commercial curiosity and a desire to understand real business problems
- Confidence to engage senior stakeholders without overcompensating
- A proactive, self-starting approach to pipeline generation
- Organised and disciplined in managing activity and follow-ups
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scaling environment
- A genuine interest in performance, psychology, leadership, or behaviour change

Compensation
Base salary: £34,000
On-target earnings: c. £70,000
Hathersage Location and office based
