Join One of the UK's Leading Ice Production & Event Specialists

Founded in 1993, Icebox is one of London's leading ice suppliers and bespoke ice sculpture specialists. We supply premium ice products to bars, restaurants, hotels, venues, and major events across the UK, completing more than 10,000 deliveries and creating over 5,000 bespoke ice sculptures every year.

We're now looking for an ambitious, experienced, and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team, help grow our business, and build strong relationships across London's hospitality and events industry.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll play an important role in managing customer enquiries, preparing quotes, building client relationships, and helping to deliver an exceptional sales experience.

This is a varied, hands-on role. One day you could be quoting for a bespoke ice sculpture for a major event; the next, preparing a client proposal, following up sales enquiries, or working with our production and operations teams to ensure an order is delivered exactly as promised.

You'll become an expert in our unique products and guide customers through the sales process from their initial enquiry through to confirmation of their order.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A key part of the role will be upselling and cross-selling. You'll be expected to understand the customer's requirements and identify opportunities to add value, for example, offering luges or dry ice alongside an ice sculpture, or recommending cube ice alongside an event booking.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing incoming sales enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Preparing accurate quotes and pricing for ice products and bespoke sculptures
  • Following up enquiries and quotes to maximise sales opportunities
  • Creating proposals and presentations for clients and event pitches
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Managing client accounts and acting as a key point of contact
  • Keeping accurate sales and customer records
  • Liaising with production, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Attending client meetings, networking, and industry events when required
