Vertu Leapmotor Crewe

An exciting new brand is coming to Crewe – and we’re looking for an experienced automotive Sales Executive to join us from the very beginning.

Leapmotor is one of the fastest-growing names in the electric vehicle market, bringing fresh technology, innovative design, and a new generation of affordable EVs to customers. As we launch this new franchise at our Crewe dealership, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of building the Leapmotor brand locally and help shape its success from day one.

This role offers a basic salary of £27,000, with the opportunity to earn significant commission and achieve earnings well in excess of our on-target level of £45,000.

Alongside excellent earning potential, we’ll also offer you true work-life balance. You’ll work a 40-hour week across five 8-hour shifts, working most Saturdays – our busiest sales day – with a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays, giving you a consistent day every week to switch off and recharge.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
