Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid working model that allows some work from home. The Sales Executive will manage and grow relationships with wholesale and retail partners, identify new business opportunities, and support expansion into new markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and outreach
  • Preparing sales proposals
  • Negotiating terms

The role also involves:

  • Collaborating with marketing and operations to align promotional activities, ensure stock availability, and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Representing Noodoll at trade shows, events, and virtual meetings, consistently promoting the brand’s values and product range

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within consumer products, toys, gifts, or retail
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present products and value propositions clearly
  • Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting to track pipelines, performance, and customer data
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment, managing priorities in a hybrid work setting
  • Interest in design-led, ethical, and sustainable products, with a genuine enthusiasm for toys and character-based brands
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and follow-ups effectively
  • Experience working with international partners or distributors is beneficial
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom; relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not required
