Role Overview

You'll lead sales in the UK for Luma as the first dedicated sales hire in-region, owning the full cycle and placing our frontier technology at the heart of the UK's creative ecosystem.

As the first UK seller, you'll help evolve the playbook rather than just execute it — primarily outbound, targeting brands, agencies, and media across Europe with a UK focus, supported by the Head of EMEA. It fits a hunter who's built new business from scratch. If you need an established pipeline and process, this isn't it.

What You'll Own

  • Spearhead a primarily outbound strategy to engage decision-makers at target brand, agency, and media accounts across Europe, with a UK focus.
  • Own the full-cycle sales process from first contact to close, building the region's foundational pipeline, supported by the Head of EMEA.
  • Develop and execute the sales motion for Luma in the UK.
  • Turn creative agencies, media companies, and brands into flagship customers and advocates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
