Purpose of Position

To generate new business sales in respect of NetJets Fractional Shares, Leases and Jet Card Programmes to our key target audience, including High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations and Aircraft Owners in order to achieve quota for your specific territory. In addition, you will be required to secure the sale of renewals, trades and add-on’s to existing NetJets Owners through the fostering and development of relationships with these individuals and businesses.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Develop and create new sales opportunities through process of customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
  • Helps develop the NetJets brand through representation of product, programs, capabilities, and partnerships.
  • To establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network.
  • To retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner.
  • Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com, and other systems.
  • Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs)

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 4 years work-related experience
  • Experience in a Luxury customer facing role
  • Proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management
  • An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of NetJets products and services as well as those of NetJets’ competitors
  • Fluency in local language relevant to territory and business English (written and spoken)
  • High Proficiency in MS Office
