Sales Executive UK — Energy Transition for Real Estate

The opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing energy-transition specialist backed by a leading European investment firms, is looking for a senior sales professional to take charge of its UK business. This is the only sales role in the UK. You will cover the market on your own, with an established delivery team behind you, and your goal will be to double the UK client base and turnover.

About the company

The company helps property investors decarbonise their assets and create value from it. Its team of around 50 combines engineering and real estate expertise to offer an end-to-end service for green renovation and solar energy projects:

  • Portfolio analysis
  • Asset audits and technical feasibility studies
  • Specifications and contractor tenders
  • Delivery of works as general contractor or project manager
  • Structuring and financing of investments

What you’ll do

  • Win new business: Build relationships with real estate investors, asset managers and landlords.
  • Sell value creation: Show clients how energy-transition works increase the value of their assets, including through financing and structuring.
  • Engage at the top: Build trust with senior and top management at real estate companies.
  • Grow existing accounts: Develop relationships with current clients and support them across the energy transition of their portfolios.
  • Shape the offer: Adapt the company’s services to the UK market.
  • Work with delivery: Partner with the UK delivery team and head office so every mandate moves smoothly from sale to execution.

You will report directly to senior management.

What you’ll bring

  • Seniority: At least 6 years in UK real estate, with current sales experience or a background in property brokerage.
  • Market knowledge: A strong understanding of the UK real estate ecosystem: investors, asset managers and landlords.
  • Credibility: Confident in front of senior decision-makers, with a consultative, value-led sales approach.
  • Autonomy and drive: A self-starter who can build a pipeline from scratch, close institutional deals and hit ambitious growth targets.
  • Languages: Fluent, professional-level English.
