About Us

Elder is a dynamic scale-up revolutionising the care industry by connecting older adults to self-employed carers through an innovative technology-driven introductory model. We are committed to using data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes for our customers and carers.

About The Role

One of the key ingredients to our rapid growth has been the consultative way in which we sell. The Elder way is strictly no cold calling and no hard selling. All inquiries are warm and inbound.

Our sales method encourages you to build relationships based on mutual respect and understanding. We take time to analyse our customers’ mindsets and their wider socio-political and economic context to help them to really consider all the options in front of them. We advise more than we sell.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Sales Executive at Elder, you will be dealing directly with families that are inquiring about our service. You will be digging deep to empathetically understand their situation and then using those details to intelligently present Elder as a proposition that fits their requirements, only ‘if’ it fits their requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
