At Windsor Car Centre
You already know how to sell cars. The question is whether you're somewhere that lets you cash in on it. At Windsor Car Centre, your commission is uncapped — the harder you go, the more you earn, and £51,000 OTE is what a motivated executive can realistically take home.
We're a fast-growing Windsor dealership with around 120 cars in stock, roughly 50 sales a month, and a tight team of 13–14 that's still expanding. We use modern tools and technology because our aim is simple — to be the best in our field. That's why we hire the best, and why the next Sales Manager will very likely come from this team.
If you've got the experience AND the “want-to, can-do” attitude to match, we want to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
