Sales Executive

Food | Wellness | Gut Health | London

Do you spend far too much time reading food labels, discovering new wellness brands or talking about what’s good for your gut?

If food, nutrition and wellness genuinely interest you — and you also love the idea of a career in sales — this could be a brilliant place to start.

We’re working with an exciting, growing food business behind two premium brands specialising in fermented foods and nourishing broths. Their products are already stocked by some of the UK's best-known premium and health-focused retailers, and they are now looking for an ambitious graduate or early-career candidate to help grow their wholesale customer base.

This isn't a sitting-behind-a-desk sales role.

You'll be out meeting retailers, delis, farm shops and food businesses, introducing them to the products, organising tastings, attending events and building relationships. You'll learn how to sell, negotiate, develop accounts and spot new opportunities — while working with products you're genuinely interested in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for

You don't need years of sales experience. We're looking for someone with:

  • A genuine interest in food, nutrition, wellness and gut health
  • Lots of energy, enthusiasm and curiosity
  • A confident, outgoing personality
  • The resilience to hear "no" and keep going
  • A natural ability to build relationships
  • A commercial mindset and desire to learn
  • A willingness to get out there and meet people

You might be a recent graduate in nutrition, food science, marketing, business or something completely different. Your passion for the category and personality matter more than your degree.
