Role Description

The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the South Ruislip Area, London, United Kingdom. The Sales Executive will collaborate with service technicians to align customer expectations with service capabilities and ensure timely communication about work being carried out. The role also involves:

  • Following up with customers
  • Supporting promotional activities
  • Contributing to a positive, professional atmosphere in the showroom and waiting area

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in upselling and closing deals.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services or willingness to learn vehicle service offerings.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and confident face-to-face interaction.
  • Competence in using point-of-sale systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in the London Area and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in retail, automotive, or service-based sales is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is an advantage.
