Sales Executive – Luxury Events Venue

East Yorkshire | Full-time | On-site

Are you a natural relationship builder who loves turning an initial conversation into a sale?

We’re working with a stunning, high-end private estate and events venue in East Yorkshire to recruit a Sales Executive to join their growing team.

This is certainly not your typical sales environment.

You’ll be working from an impressive historic estate that has been beautifully restored and developed into an exclusive destination for luxury weddings, corporate events, and private occasions, with a reputation for delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of new enquiries from the very first conversation through to securing the booking. That will include:

  • Speaking with prospective clients and understanding exactly what they’re looking for
  • Qualifying enquiries and identifying genuine opportunities
  • Inviting potential clients to the estate and conducting show-arounds
  • Bringing the venue to life and helping clients picture their event there
  • Working with the events team to create tailored proposals
  • Following up, negotiating, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Managing your sales pipeline and keeping CRM information accurate and up to date

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who Are We Looking For?

You’ll already have experience within sales or business development and be someone who is confident, personable, and genuinely enjoys building relationships.

Experience within events, weddings, hospitality, or another premium/luxury sales environment would be ideal, although we’re equally interested in strong salespeople from other sectors where the buying decision is more considered and relationship-led.
