Existing Client Sales | Cross-Sell & Growth Opportunities
£28,000 starting salary → £30,000 after successful probation + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
📍 GLASGOW - 4 days in the office, Wednesdays from home!

Now, we’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our fantastic GLASGOW sales team. This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your day working through a completely cold database.

You’ll work with our existing client base, understanding their businesses and identifying where additional Citation services could genuinely add value.
What you'll be doing
- Build strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer needs and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Introduce clients to relevant Citation Group services
- Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to close
- Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
- Manage your own pipeline and CRM
- Work with internal teams to maximise client opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Who we're looking for
You might already have experience in sales, account management, business development, telesales, or another commercial customer-facing role.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys building relationships and having commercial conversations
- Is confident handling objections
- Is motivated by targets and earning potential
- Is naturally curious and good at uncovering customer needs
- Can manage a pipeline and stay organised
- Brings energy, ambition, and a positive attitude
- Wants to develop and progress their sales career
