Reed.co.uk is looking for Sales Executives to join their growing sales team in Liverpool.

Salary: £27 - £28.5k plus uncapped commission.

Overview

The Sales Executive plays an important role in growing reed.co.uk’s recruitment consultancy customer base. You’ll identify and engage prospective customers, understand their hiring challenges and demonstrate how our products can deliver measurable results.

This role suits a driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, consultative selling and exceeding new business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through calls, email, LinkedIn and referrals.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their recruitment needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and commercial proposals.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting through to contract.
  • Convert trials into long-term customers and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales activity.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer handover.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven new business sales experience and a strong record of achieving targets.
  • Confident prospecting, negotiating and handling objections.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, organised and resilient.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable working with sales data.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
