Role Overview

This role sits within our BM Steel division, responsible for:

  • Drives new business by identification and research into new sales opportunities.
  • Builds and maintains contact databases.
  • Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide regular, ongoing information on new products and services.
  • Actively following up all quotations raised and providing feedback.
  • Gathering general customer feedback, market activities and competitor information.
  • Contributes to sales team effort by meeting individual and team sales targets & gross margin targets.
  • Promotion of all products along with added value services such as fabrication and processing.
  • Processing orders on the system and following orders through from start to completion.
  • Responding to internal & external emails in a timely manner.
  • Support administration function by helping with transfers and booking in goods.
  • Occasionally visit customers when necessary to promote BM Steel and its products.
