Sales Executive – Bespoke Uniforms
Location: London
Salary: Competitive + commission
Employment: Full-time/part-time/freelance
Reports to: Managing Director
About the Company
We are a growing bespoke uniform company specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of high-quality, tailored uniforms for businesses and organisations. Our clients value quality, attention to detail, reliability and a personal service. We work closely with clients to create uniforms that reflect their brand, culture and operational requirements. We are now looking for an experienced, proven B2B Sales Professional to help drive the next stage of our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, telephone, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face meetings.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers, including business owners, procurement managers, operations directors, HR directors and hospitality managers.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close new business.
- Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat and ongoing business.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.
- Attend networking events, trade shows and relevant industry events.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors and opportunities within the uniform and workwear sector.

The Person

We are looking for a proven salesperson with a track record of winning new business. You will ideally have:
- A minimum of [3–5] years' successful B2B sales experience.
- A demonstrable record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to businesses rather than predominantly to consumers.
- Experience in uniforms, workwear, hospitality, corporate clothing, textiles and fashion, or a related B2B environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Competitive basic salary of £[XX,000]
