About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Sales Executive who is motivated by seeking and securing new customers and business streams. NJ Screen Prints is renowned for providing world-class printing on apparel for fashion retail, exceptional customer service, and leading the market on technical expertise, technology, and innovation. The role holder will be responsible for building new customer relationships and prospecting those customer connections outside of the ‘retail arena’ where we are already leading the way. Always delivering the highest standards of customer service, you will be capable of opening the doors to new opportunities through exceptional relationship skills and a clear understanding of the customer’s needs. The role will suit a candidate who is target-driven and meets and exceeds their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Volume-focused approach with accountability for Sales for NJ Screen Prints.
- Regularly traveling to trade events, client meetings, and new prospect sites across the UK. (Must have a full driving license)
- Visiting clients to present opportunities and showcasing the NJ business at trade events.
- Maintaining a CRM and working with inbound inquiries, keeping a track of legacy and new opportunities within a database.
- Forging long-term-minded partnerships with external partners and delivering excellence from a service perspective.
- Marketing – Contributing to input for marketing material for NJ Screen Prints.
- Increasing performance in existing business by identifying opportunities (Product whitespace and trading mechanisms currently not being offered to our partners)
- Identifying target sectors for the NJ business and building relationships to onboard prospective new business channels
- Account opportunities – Working to a structured list of Key target accounts and managing onboarding with the central team.
- Supporting team and sales-related initiatives, leading by example, and promoting a positive company culture.

Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of new business development experience in a relevant industry.
- Confident, self-motivated, and driven individual who works well in identifying and closing opportunities.
- Must be willing to travel locally/nationally to visit clients and prospects.
- Confident and competent in communicating at all levels, both verbally and in writing; delivering a compelling sales message.
- Focussed and driven on achieving the highest standards of customer service alongside achieving and exceeding targets.
- Numerate, able to analyze and utilize data.
- Intermediate level ability – Microsoft packages
- Driving license

- Ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
- Able to work under own initiative within pre-agreed boundaries.
