Sales Executive x2 positions

Location: Salford - Hybrid, x3 Days from home and x2 days (usually Mondays and Tuesdays) in the Salford Office.
Salary: £24,479 per annum (plus £3,500 on target earnings per annum)
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Permanent

As a Sales Executive, you’ll help keep Red Cross Training at the forefront of first aid education. You’ll connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right training solutions.

What will a day in the life of a Sales Executive involve?

  • Speaking with customers by telephone inbound calls and outbound follow-ups to promote first aid training, mental health courses and automatic external defibrillators in a supportive environment.
  • Building relationships and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
  • Responding to enquiries promptly with professionalism and care.
  • Keeping accurate records in our CRM database and booking systems.
  • Confirming details of bookings accurately in writing by email.
  • Meeting and exceeding targets through calls and bookings.

To be a successful Sales Executive, what will you need?

  • A willingness to learn, participate and commit to our x6 week induction training programme.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident telephone manner and sales skills.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated, target-driven mindset.
  • A drive to work in partnership to give the best outcomes for your clients by helping save lives.
  • A team player mentality.
  • Confidence in closing sales and handling objections.
