Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at our King’s Lynn location. The Sales Executive will:
- Welcome and engage customers in the showroom
- Understand their needs
- Guide them through the vehicle selection process

Daily responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Presenting vehicles and features
- Arranging test drives
- Preparing accurate quotations
- Managing the sales process from initial inquiry through to handover
The role involves:
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
- Following up on leads via phone, email, and in person
- Using internal systems to record customer interactions and sales activity
The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, finance, and aftersales to ensure a seamless customer experience and support ongoing business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive retail or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate clearly in person and in writing.
- Comfort with using CRM and dealership management systems, as well as basic proficiency with common office software.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on ethical selling and meeting customer needs.
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
- Valid driver’s license and confidence in conducting test drives with customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods, as required in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of, or interest in, automotive products and the brands represented by Holden Group.
- Secondary education completion required; further education or sales training is an advantage.
