Role Description
The Sales Executive is a part-time, hybrid role based in Langholm, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and managing a pipeline of leads. The Sales Executive will present Insightful Reach’s data-driven marketing services, prepare proposals, and participate in negotiations to close deals. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and attending client meetings, collaborating with marketing and analytics teams to tailor solutions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing feedback on service offerings, and supporting post-sale relationship management to encourage renewals and upsells.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in outbound and inbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Experience in client relationship building, consultative selling, and negotiation.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, and social media advertising.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both in person and via digital channels.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting on sales performance.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a part-time schedule, and collaborate in a hybrid environment.
- Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or technology sales is beneficial.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
