Job Title

We’re looking for a commercially confident Sales Executive who can convert qualified opportunities into successful, long-term customer relationships.

The Details

  • UK based, with hybrid working
  • Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission for high performers
  • Terms: Permanent / Full-time

About the Role

As a Sales Executive at Best.Energy, you will be responsible for converting qualified, warm leads into signed, high-value contracts, while also proactively developing new opportunities within target markets.

This is a closing-focused role, working closely with senior leadership and supported by strong marketing-generated leads. You will be trusted to manage complex sales conversations, present our solutions to senior stakeholders, and negotiate commercial terms that deliver value for both the customer and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full end-to-end sales process from qualification through to deal closure
  • Consistently close high-value contracts with enterprise-level customers
  • Follow up promptly on qualified leads and progress opportunities efficiently through the pipeline
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution-based presentations to senior decision-makers
  • Negotiate commercial terms to secure profitable, sustainable agreements
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities where required
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to strengthen sales positioning
  • Travel as required to support relationship building and deal closure

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience closing high-value or complex sales deals
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills
  • A consultative, solution-led sales approach
  • Comfortable working to ambitious revenue targets
  • Commercial awareness with a strong understanding of margin and value
  • Confident communicator across phone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Strong IT literacy and confidence in learning technical products
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results driven
