Job Title: Sales Executive – Global Energy Events
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Commission
Location: London
My client is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join a leading international events business, selling delegate packages across a portfolio of global energy conferences. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you'll build relationships with senior decision-makers, win new business and manage key accounts across international markets.
What You'll Do
- Sell delegate packages to new and existing clients across the global energy sector
- Build and manage your own portfolio of accounts and geographic regions
- Generate new business through proactive outbound sales and lead generation
- Work closely with marketing and event teams to maximise delegate attendance
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing deals
- Attend international events to strengthen relationships and secure repeat business

What You'll Bring
- Previous B2B delegate sales or conference sales experience
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation and account management skills
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, commercial mindset
- Organised, self-motivated and happy working in a fast-paced international environment
