Role Summary
The Sales Executive exists to drive revenue by converting qualified meetings into signed contracts and collected deposits. Operating in a high-speed B2B growth environment, you will own the closing stage of the funnel for professional services sold to SMB founders and hiring managers. Success is measured by your win rate, speed to close, and total revenue generated in a remote-first, high-autonomy setting.
Work Setup & Collaboration
- Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with at least 2 hours of overlap with GMT (London) business hours.
- High Autonomy: You own your calendar, pitch style, and follow-up cadence; we value outcomes over activity metrics.
- Fast-Paced Execution: Requires a bias for action with a "same-day" follow-up standard to maintain momentum.
- Direct Impact: Collaborate directly with the leadership team to provide market feedback and refine the revenue engine.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery calls to uncover deep business pain and build urgency with SMB founders.
- Present tailored offers that leverage our built-in proof mechanisms to demonstrate immediate value.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms in real-time to move prospects toward a "yes."
- Close deals and collect deposits independently, managing the full cycle from first meeting to signed contract.
- Maintain a clean pipeline with accurate forecasting to ensure revenue predictability.
- Execute rapid follow-ups to ensure no prospect "ghosts" after a successful demonstration.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a seamless handoff once a deal is closed.
- Feed market intelligence back to the team regarding what messaging is landing and what prospects truly value.
- Manage your own desk as a mini-business owner, prioritizing high-intent leads for maximum throughput.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
