What will this role achieve?
As Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our strategic growth plans and customer-facing trading relationships across four exciting customers: Co-op Wholesale (Nisa), Costcutter, WHSmith Travel, and Boots.
Working within a fast-paced and collaborative sales team, you will help drive customer performance, execute promotional plans, and support the achievement of sales and profit objectives. This role offers excellent exposure to both internal and external stakeholders, providing a strong platform for career development within commercial sales.
What will be your key deliverables?
- Management of total Boots promotional plan across all portfolios with an opportunity to assume responsibility for the WHSmith confectionery portfolio
- Produce and maintain override reports for customers to support trading terms and commercial agreements
- Sales Planner management / full ownership of promotional plan and maintenance
- Artwork requests and management through to completion via Taurus systems for Co-op Wholesale & High Street team
- Alignments - ownership of inputting weekly alignments including financial tracking and reporting of key performance metrics

This is an exciting hands-on role within a fast-paced team which will provide great experience of:
- Customer interaction & relationship building
- Development of a wide internal and external contact matrix
- Creating & implementing business plans – including contingency planning, review & course correcting to overachieve Budget (For High Street Customers managed)
- Work closely with teams including NRM, Shopper Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver customer and business objectives.
- Support the Nisa & High Street BAM & BDM’s in managing Biscuits, Cake & Snacks plans, plus day-to-day management of key customers
Bring your experience
Essential
- Microsoft Excel – a minimum of intermediate level
- Microsoft Office – a minimum of intermediate level
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced commercial environment
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
Desirable
- Knowledge of TMS systems and data maintenance
- Experience in a B2B sales or similar environment
- Experience managing promotional plans, customer reporting, or sales administration processes.
