Hours

Full time, 35 hours per week working shift patterns supporting department operating times with occasional Saturday morning shifts on a rota basis.

Salary

£31,850 Per Annum

The salary for this role is up to £38,900, dependent on experience, with a performance-based bonus of up to 55%! You’ll also work from Head Office at least three days per week, giving you regular time with the team while supporting a blended working approach.


Could you use your sales experience to help people feel more confident about their financial future? We’re looking for a Sales Expert to join our Money Advice Team, have meaningful conversations with members and connect them with support that could make a real difference.

In this role, you’ll bring energy, curiosity and commercial focus to every conversation. You’ll help members explore their needs, understand their options and take positive steps towards their goals, with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses of up to 55% of salary per annum for delivering strong outcomes in the right way.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help members make more of their money by supporting conversations around savings, investments and financial advice. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Money team, using your curiosity and commercial focus to create great experiences and identify opportunities to improve.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Build positive, trusted relationships with members through inbound and outbound telephony conversations.
  • Bring our Advice proposition to life, helping members consider needs such as savings, investments, inheritance tax and retirement planning.
  • Achieve stretching commercial targets while keeping member outcomes at the heart of what you do.
  • Inspire colleagues across Contact Centre teams to recognise quality Advice opportunities.
  • Deliver high standards of quality, compliance and performance in line with our conduct and regulatory expectations.
  • Keep growing your knowledge by seeking feedback, learning from others and working with specialist colleagues.

What You’ll Need

  • A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering sales through great service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to build rapport and trusted relationships.
  • Energy, resilience and motivation in a stretching commercial environment.
  • The ability to work at pace while staying focused on doing the right thing for members.
  • Demonstrable experience in a commercially focused/sales-led team, with a strong performance mindset.
  • Confidence working towards stretching targets and celebrating success as part of a team.
  • A clear focus on priorities, performance and delivering successful outcomes in the right way.
  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to use sales skills thoughtfully and appropriately.
