Team of 14 SDR/Lead gens (100+ calls per day)

B2c or B2b sales management background in a high volume fast paced team!

Manchester City Centre (office based) | £42,000 basic | £65,000 realistic Year 1 OTE | 33 days holiday

We are looking for a seasoned, resilient, outbound sales manager. Used to managing through motivation, setting a high bar, coaching, KPI matric management and running campaigns top to bottom!

Love the buzz of a packed sales floor? Live for the numbers? Know exactly what 150 dials a day looks, sounds and feels like – and how to get a whole team hitting it, every single day?

Then this is your floor.

Our client is a UK market leader in software solutions for SMEs. They move fast, they think big, and they’re looking for a Sales Floor Manager to take charge of the engine room of the business – the BSC team.

This is a very fast-paced, high-volume, high-intensity, KPI-driven B2B sales environment. You’ll lead the BSCs (SDRs / lead generators) and own the floor: the energy, the discipline, the figures and the results. Reporting to the Head of Sales and working hand in hand with the wider management team, you’ll be the one who turns activity into results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
